Turmeric, Ground

Whole rhizomes, dried and milled in small lots so the colour and aroma arrive intact. Stains everything it touches, which is the point. Bloom it in fat before it meets liquid — oil carries what water leaves behind. Every lot is screened for heavy metals before packing. Turmeric is among the most adulterated spices in world trade, so we publish the certificate rather than ask you to take our word for it.
