The standard we build to, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Last updated — September 20, 2026
This page is a starting draft. It describes how we intend to operate, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
The standard
We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means the site works from a keyboard alone, every image carries a text alternative, focus is always visible, colour is never the only way information is conveyed, and the site respects a reduced-motion preference.
What we know is not done
The site has not yet been audited by a third party, and it has not been tested end-to-end with a screen reader. We would rather say that than imply a level of confidence we have not earned.
Telling us about a barrier
If any part of this site stops you from doing something, write to us and describe what happened. We will answer within one business day and tell you what we intend to do about it.
Ordering another way
If the site is not usable for you, write to us and we will take the order by email.
